20 years of
DEDICATED EXPERIENCE
We have the know-how you need domestically and internationally.
With over 20 years of experience, I have a proven track record in designing, managing and delivering educational and community development projects across diverse resource contexts (low, medium, high), including the US and Middle East North Africa (MENA) regions. Collaborating with US government officials, high profile host nation institutions, research and philanthropic organizations, nonprofits, and higher education entities, I've actively contributed to advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in the areas of quality education, gender equality, future work and economic growth, and reduced inequalities.
In recent roles as Director of Special International Initiatives at Shenandoah University, English Language Specialist for the U.S. Department of State, and Education Consultant at Glocal Education, LLC, I've led stakeholder-driven projects to enhance higher education, host nation institutions, K-12 schools, faculties, and administrative leadership. My work involves implementing evidence-based approaches, fostering collaborative improvements within these educational communities, and fortifying their systems.
I possess expertise as a strategic thinker and leader within complex organizational structures and challenging contexts. My strengths lie in problem-solving, consistently delivering tangible outcomes, and cultivating collaborative partnerships. Throughout my career, I've been committed to implementing data-driven initiatives that encompass improvements in strategy, curriculum, instruction, and policy across education systems. This includes providing advisory services to executive management, nurturing leadership growth, and effectively communicating across diverse teams and global time zones.
